Resource recovery and energy conversion at the source of plastic circulation minimizes both costs and CO2!

◆Decision to Exhibit at IPF2023◆ Reusing composite materials and dirty plastic waste that we had given up on 'while reducing CO2 for our own heat source' [Download PDF now]

The "e-PEP system" is a system that converts used plastics into clean energy on-site. It won the 5th Japan SDGs Award in 2021 for promoting decentralized energy use! Compared to other recycling methods, it is characterized by the ability to effectively utilize "hard-to-recycle plastic waste" due to dirt and composite materials as "company energy" through simple sorting and operation. *It features a resin hybrid boiler system that does not require an environmental assessment. The environmental impact is also reduced by approximately 290 tons of CO2 per year, equivalent to the amount absorbed by about 20,000 cedar trees annually! A live demonstration is scheduled for IPF2023 (November 29 to December 2, 2023, Makuhari Messe, Hall 5, Booth Number 51203). *For detailed information about the system, please download the PDF.

[In accordance with the new plastic law!] Plastic clean energy system

Installed in the factory, used plastics can be easily sorted and reused as the company's energy! Award-winning product of the 5th Japan SDGs Award!

The "e-PEP System" is a system that utilizes used plastics as energy within the company without classifying them as "waste plastic." Compared to other recycling methods, it allows for the effective use of waste plastics that are difficult to recycle due to contamination and composite materials through simple sorting and operation. **Effects of Implementation** - Reduction of approximately 100 tons of waste plastic emissions annually - Reduction of about 90,000 liters of existing fuel annually, energy savings in heat source equipment - Reduction of CO2 absorption equivalent to about 20,000 cedar trees annually, minimizing environmental impact **Five Features** 1. Compact design that can be installed and operated within the factory 2. High efficiency of 70%, connecting to existing heat sources without interference for energy savings 3. Meets exhaust gas regulation values. Dioxins are at 1/40 of the regulatory standard 4. Simple process. Operable with easy controls on the operation panel 5. Approximately 70% of waste plastics are eligible for use (excluding nylon and PVC) For more details, please refer to the PDF download.

[De-plasticization] Used plastic ⇒ Clean energy conversion system

◆Reusing composite materials and dirty plastics that we had given up on◆ "On-site" energy for our company [Limited video QR code available for PDF download]

The "e-PEP System" utilizes our company's used plastics as energy without classifying them as "waste plastic." It enables decentralized clean energy use of plastics. Take action before the Plastic Resource Circulation Promotion Law is enforced next year! ◆ Benefits of Implementation ◆ 【Waste Plastic Reduction】 = 【Disposal Cost Reduction】 Approximately 100 tons of waste plastic reduction annually → 'Reduction in disposal costs' 【In-House Energy Creation】 = 【Fuel Cost Reduction】 → 'Energy savings in heat source equipment' Reduction of about 90,000 liters of existing fuel annually 【Minimization of Environmental Impact】 = 【CO2 Reduction】 Reduction of CO2 equivalent to what about 20,000 cedar trees absorb annually This can also be utilized for measures against the Plastic Resource Circulation Promotion Law. ◆ Download Contents ◆ Case study collection, system equipment product catalog, video QR codes (e-PEP technology and case study videos) available exclusively through Ipros. *For more details, please download the PDF and feel free to contact us.
